The grape grown at the altitude of 850 metres above sea level following the principles of sustainability. Seven days of maceration and fermentation at 21ºC. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and 14 days in new oak barrels. The wine is stored in stainless steel before bottling.
Aromas of fresh flower blossoms and lime predominate this wine that on the mouth expresses its softness and sweet tannins. The balance between citrus and boysenberry fruit show perfect integration. The finish leaves a sweet lime aftertaste. Serve between 12ºC and 14ºC .
